Eating out?
I need suggestions on the types of food to eat while out in a restaurant. I always pick foods that are good in calories but I'm finding that pretty much everything is swimming with sodium! Why is that?

C25k= headaches?
Why is it that the morning after c25k training I feel awful? I can deal with the soreness but the exhaustion and severe headaches I cannot! Wasn't able to do my morning workout because of my head today :sad: Any suggestions? And yes, I properly hydrated all day yesterday and after my run.

Heart rate while jogging
Ive been doing the c25k program. Currently on week 4. I recently got a HRM and I am wondering if there is a point where my heart rate could be considered too high? I am 35 years old and weigh aprox 219. Thanks!

Laying in bed yesterday with my legs bent..I couldn't stop staring at my thighs! They look so much smaller! My husband looked at me like I was crazy and I explained to him that my thighs are smaller...he said he noticed and that my tummy looks a lot smaller too!! Yay!

What am I doing wrong?
If anyone has time to look at my diary and help, I'd appreciate it. I lost pretty well for the first few weeks (I know that's expected) but now I'm gaining. I'm up .8 in the last week. Scale suggestions?
It has been suggested to me that since I'm not seeing a decrease in my weight I invest in a scale that measures body fat. Anyone have a suggestion on a decent one to get and where to get it?
