FUSSY/FOOD PHOBIAS
Does anyone else find it hard to keep a balanced diet due to the number of foods they cannot bare? I am phobic about fish, seafood and most meats. I struggle badly to get enough protein, so use shakes. But so many foods I just do not enjoy. Its a struggle to stay healthy. 😪

No progress at all!

Feeling cold
I am on day 4 of going very low carb again (20-25 a day). I am wondering does anyone else feel very cold when doing very low carb? I remember feeling like this the last time I did it, and it got better when I got used to it and I am not worried about it. Just wondered if others get this side effect?

Why is no exercise making me lose more?
Usually I am on a calorie limit of 1350 and work out around 5 times a week. I usually do circuits or Jillian Michaels shred and some cardio/strength training at the gym.
