I have lost around 70 lbs since August 17, 2012. I was working out daily but have become more sensible and do 3 x a week. Mostly stair stepper, light weights, sit-ups and plank type things. Which should come 1st, cardio or weights?
My routine is 20 minutes of treamill (incline 7 speed 3.2) then 20 reps on the bench (chest) just the bar, 10 minutes on the elliptical, 70 lb. reps from machine 10-20, 8-10 lb hand weights 10-20 reps (curls, etc.) then plank and stretch. Been doing this everyday.

How to add food not in the food bank?
I have not been adding my meals other than breakfast and some lunch as I found the food in the food bank. But supper is more complex. Fish, vegetables, etc. Looking for tips. Thanks. George
