Which should come 1st, cardio or weights?

My routine is 20 minutes of treamill (incline 7 speed 3.2) then 20 reps on the bench (chest) just the bar, 10 minutes on the elliptical, 70 lb. reps from machine 10-20, 8-10 lb hand weights 10-20 reps (curls, etc.) then plank and stretch. Been doing this everyday.

Whenever I've combined the two in a single workout, I always do the weights/resistance stuff first. My main reasoning there is to be able to maintain good form through all of the resistance training, something I may not be able to do properly post-cardio. If you haven't had any issues with being worn out, however, you are probably fine.

I would say, however, to vary it up here and there - if bench gets too comfortable, add some weight or switch to incline bench for a few weeks. Maybe flip the cardio around a little once in a while (i.e. 20 minutes elliptical and 10 treadmill) - you look like you are on the right track though!

    What is your goal?

That's perfect if you just want some daily activity to move some blood around and give those muscles something to do.

You aren't really doing much in the way of weight training, so really. Whichever you like, it makes little difference.

It's up to what works for you.

For me I do my cardio first simply because if I don't do it and get it out of the way by time I'm done with my hour plus weight workout I'm too exhausted to even think about squeezing in cardio. Doing it first forces me to do it period.
