Exercises to loose Moobs and More

I have lost around 70 lbs since August 17, 2012. I was working out daily but have become more sensible and do 3 x a week. Mostly stair stepper, light weights, sit-ups and plank type things. All that do not affect my meds I am on since my heat attack.

I have excess skin in places that bother me. Man boobs SUCK~ That lower stomach pouch still has skin and that SUCKS as well.
Naked is not good.

Any suggestions from anyone else who went lost weight fast?
