Working out to burn more calories and eat more
I have noticed that at the end of the day, I have reached my calorie limit and I go workout so that way I can come back and eat some more to make up for what I burned. Why is it that some people can lose weight just by changing the way they eat and work out 2 or 3 times a week and others have to work out everyday and change thier diet and they won't lose that much?

Subway sandwich confusion please clarify

SIck with bad cold, cough...possible bronchitis
I hate that I"m sick. For obvious reasons I can't remain on my diet. I"m too weak to exercise much less type this message but I'm wondering....how does one keep up thier health and exercise program when they're sick?

Still hungry
why is it that I do really well with keeping my calorie range with what I eat...but I"m still hungry at night? like right now...I'm still hungry! I'm having hunger pains. what am I doing wrong? I have been going to bed hungry.

Why is it that when I exercise at gym the machine calculates that I burned a lesser amount of calories than when I input it and record it on myfittnesspal website. For example, 30 mins in stationary bike is more or less about 300 calories burned, and the machine only says 100. I don't get it. Which do I go by? I'm…

30 mins on Stationary bike
I just started doing cardio a few days ago. I am not physically active other than just running around doing errands. So i do 30 mins on the stationary bike. I use a sweat band around my tummy, I do sweat. I check my heart rate on the machine but I don't think its working properly. Sometimes it reads this super high number…
