Ok so im not going to lie I was slavking at the gym for 2 wks But working out is not my problem cause ill do something active Everyday to keep in shape.. My problem is food I can eat healthy or if I eat "bad" I really can keep under my calories for the day but my issue Is when im at work I can have my 3 meals for the day…

How can I,stop eating so many sweets
Sweets r my downfall other then replacing it with,fruit what can I do I dont really want any I always crave em im try more fruit to c if it helps but ne other suggestions
