Healthy high calorie snacks that don't fill you up?
I'm burning off about 1000 calories a day (I'm a cardio bunny and I love it) and I can't keep up my net intake. I feel like I'm eating all day and am always full. Do you have any healthy suggestions about how I can up my intake without feeling like I'm going to pop? (I weigh my food so I know exactly how much I am eating)

How the heck do you lose weight eating so much?
I am 5'8" and 176lbs. I'm trying to lose my pregnancy weight. I am exercising (strength and cardio) and breastfeeding. I'm eating 1400 net calories most days and eating clean. I'm barely losing. When I up my calories to 1700, I gain. How are people maintaining at 2000+ calories? Is my metabolism just that crappy?

Breast Feeding, need nutrition help.
I am having a really hard time balancing my fat and protein while meeting a healthy net calorie. Due to breast feeding, I need a higher calorie and fat intake.
