I have 42 pounds to lose, so if I lose just over 1lb a week, I will reach my goal. It is completely obtainable.

It sounds normal to me. After my first, I lost about 40lbs right away then plateaued for a few weeks. After a while, the weight started coming off at a steady rate. This time, I didn't gain as much and have lost 30lbs (I'm 6 weeks pp today) and have now plateaued again. I have 10 pounds until my pre-pregnancy weight.

I am eating around 2000 calories a day and still losing weight. Really, just eat healthy and you can pretty much eat as much as you want.

I despise moving... and I am moving from Seattle to Atlanta in 12 weeks with an infant and an almost 3 year old. I'm hauling a trailer.

If you read what I just posted, I am not trying to diet. I am trying to make sure I am getting everything I need and enough of it.

Thank you all! The website on the last post is very useful and the joke about preparing for breast milk made me giggle. My little boy is 2 weeks old and I am exclusively breast feeding. I am not dieting, I am just tracking what I am eating and am struggling to "make ends meet'. lol I think I am struggling so much because I…

Everything I have heard about the tubal suggests heavier periods.

I got rid of it after my first. I ran 3x a week and did a few sets of planks before every meal. The pouch was gone before I started my first round of p90x. I am 2 weeks post c-section now and walking on the treadmill (2 miles every afternoon @3.0mph pace). After my 8 weeks checkup I am doing 30DS (x2) then Insanity. I pray…

My husband and I were 20 when our first was born and 23 when our second was born a few days ago. =)

I would like to know the same. I have an 11 day old boy and a 30 month old boy. I am exclusively breast feeding and would like some nutritional support on here. =)
-
Feel free to add me. I am still in my 6 weeks postpartum period (My youngest is only 11 days old) but I am itching to have my approval to diet and exercise again.

Don't feel guilty. It can be a difficult transition, especially if you ate meat your whole life. Check out vegweb.com It is an amazing resource.

Good Job!

You can run and do insanity together. I suggest you do your running training first thing in the morning then do as much insanity as you can in the afternoon. On my last cycle of p90x before getting pregnant, I ran in the morning and did the routines in the afternoon. I was really sore, but I pushed through it. Home-made…
