I work out to the "30 Day Shred" and I do not know how many calories I use in my workout. I was wondering if anyone out there can show me how to figure out how how many I use with a formula. Also can you explain how the formula works.

Help with running
I was wondering can you lose weight just by running/running the stairs without and weightlifting. If so how I have been stuck at the same weight for a month now and I am getting very frustrated with trying to lose weight. Can anyone help me?

Hi everyone, I just started to get back into myfitnesspal after a long time being out of it and wanted to say Hello to everyone. :-) I am working out and trying to lose about 30 lbs so that I can look and feel better. I hope to get to my goal in a year or so. I hope to meet friends and get support in my journey.
