I work out to the "30 Day Shred" and I do not know how many calories I use in my workout. I was wondering if anyone out there can show me how to figure out how how many I use with a formula. Also can you explain how the formula works.

I recommend using a heart rate monitor. They run fairly cheap, but I love the Polar watches which I got for 50 bucks on Amazon.0

You need a heart rate monitor. The math involves your age, your weight, and your average heart rate during the time interval. There are several formulas.0
