I was wondering can you lose weight just by running/running the stairs without and weightlifting. If so how I have been stuck at the same weight for a month now and I am getting very frustrated with trying to lose weight.

Can anyone help me?

    OP, recheck what you're eating (accurately weigh and log everything for two weeks) and make sure you're not using overinflated calorie burns for your exercise.

    After two weeks of this, the scale will start moving, I guarantee.
