Thanks all of you that responded when I was worried about my weekend off outta town. Even with all the splurging I did this weekend, I still managed to lose 1 pound since my last weigh in on 2/21/08!! Weekend off...
We're out of town this weekend visiting my wife's family, and I know I'm going to totally break my diet... I suppose that after 2 months of straight weight loss and dedication I'm due for a weekend of relaxation and fun (and to eat whatever)... HAHA... Well, I just hope I can get back on track when I get home Monday...

Fruits/Veggies problem
I have a problem - I am losing weight at a good rate, however I am not a fruit/veggie person (I do like green beans and corn, that's it). So, my issue is that I am always going over my sodium count, usually by quite a bit. Anyone have any tips or tricks to counteract the amount of salt I am eating?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong!! I started @ 256 around the end of December. I got down to 236 on the 1st of February, but am back up over 240 now. Steps to Calories burned
ANYONE KNOW?? Are pedometers fairly accurate with their steps to calories burned calculations? I walk 50-75% of an 8 hour shift at work as a security officer, and I started wearing a pedometer to track how far I walk.
