Today is a good day!
And I don't even know why! I woke up, was greeted by my 12 year old cat like usual, went for a walk with my amazing boyfriend and dog, came home and played briefly with our new kitten. And now I'm at work. But just feeling great! What's been the highlight of everyone elses day?

Too much water?
Is there such a thing as drinking too much? I tend to drink water to stem food cravings (ie. when I'm really hungry before dinner) and usually consume more than 3L a day.

Hi all, MFP set my calory intake at 1200 a day and I don't struggle at all on that amount. But I see a lot of negativity about the people who are on 1200 a day. I'm 5 ft 3, weigh 71kg and have a sedentary job.

Using the Wii Sports games for exercise?
I'm trying to come up with good exercise alternatives to walking when it's wet outside (we can't afford a treadmill or anything). Are the Wii games actually any use for exercising (ie. standing up to play and moving around properly).
