Any tips on loosing butt fat?

I'm a pear shape, and my biggest goal is to lose my butt fat.

Any exercises that anyone can recommend to focus on that area?

    There are no exercises that will target fat loss in a particular place. You can't spot reduce unfortunately. You just have to lose the fat all over and hope that it eventually comes off where you want it to. You can do this through a calorie deficit with your diet and with exercise. All over strength training will help too.

    The fact that you're pear-shaped means that you will hold onto fat in your thighs & butt longer than elsewhere. Doing some squats and lunges will help to build the muscle underneath which can really help to make it look a lot better while you are working on losing the fat.

    you could look in new rules of lifting for women,
    they say that many women get wider in the shoulders and trousers get looser.
    that might help to balance your figure out some more

    Can't spot reduce. It'll eventually come off everywhere with fat loss.
