Fat vs Sat Fat

Hi all,

According to my macros, I am over on fat today but not saturated fat. Is this a huge issue or is it the type of fat that matters?

    As long as you're getting enough protein and sticking within your calorie goals, then don't worry at all about going over on fat or sat fat.
