Any way to balance this out? Should I just aim to drink heaps of water today?

I have this problem almost daily. While it's true that too much sodium can cause health problems there is a lot of research that having bad sodium/potassium ration is worse than having too much salt. These electrolytes balance each other. Also, if you workout you will lose some sodium through sweat. Potassium supplements are no good unless specifically prescribed by a doctor. My sister has worked for years in dialysis and all the doctors she works with advise against it because of kidney damage.
I try to eat a lot of potassium rich foods. Tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, cucumber, bananas, and I drink V8 low sodium almost daily.
Try to make sure your potassium levels are higher than sodium and you should be fine.
I'm going to put this one here so no one nips at me, I'm not a doctor and if you have questions you should ask one! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:
