Anyone have any thoughts on the Body Bug? My doctor recommended I get one, but I already track calories on here and exercise calories with a HRM. Is it worth it?
Sooooo, after working out on P90X for a few months I have a new problem. My stomach is looking quite weird these days. I haven't lost much weight but have definitely changed my body. Now I have what appears to be sagging skin on my stomach. Ideas on how to fix this (that doesn't require a plastic surgeon)?:happy:
