35 pounds from goal and switching to TDEE
Over the past year I've lost 50+ pounds using the MFP/NEAT method, along with running 5-6 days a week. Now that I'm 35 pounds from my goal I've noticed my body is definitely leaning more towards skinny fat, so I switched to strength training, doing body weight training every other day (I eventually plan to incorporate…

Learning to curb binges
We all have our trigger foods, hence why we joined. Mine happens to be salty foods, particularly chips. If I open a bag, I will not stop until I have eaten the whole thing. She's wants to get back into shape, but knee pain keeps her from doing anything like walking for any length of time--not to mention…

Time of day to exercise
Maybe this is a silly question, but hey, can't hurt to ask, right? Normally I run on the tread in the morning before I go to work, so that when I get home I can unwind and get settled in for the night. Some days, though, (usually Monday!) I simply cannot get out of bed early enough, so I exercise when I get home instead,…
