Question about 'lbs to lose' settings

I remember this question being answered here before, but I cannot find the original thread. When it comes to pounds per week to lose, what is the general breakdown--ie what level should you use as you get closer to your UGW? I think it was something like 70 lbs or more could lose 2 lbs a week, and then 40-60 was 1.5lbs, but I don't remember exactly.

If someone knows the levels or can link me to the thread, I would greatly appreciate it! :heart:

    Is this what you are looking for?

    If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal.
    If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal
    If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal, 
    If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal, 
    If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
