How does everybody have theirs? One scoop or two? Water or milk? Any extra ingredients~oats, fruit, peanut butter etc?

Duration vs frequency?
Which would you say was more important with exercise - how often you do it or how long you do it for? For example, would it be better to do a 20min run 5 times a week or a 40min run 3 times a week?
