Me please! This is a pretty recent thing for me, it's been getting worse over the last year or so with the occasional binge, but now they are every few days :( I'm really scared of gaining all my weight back, already gained back a few lbs but exercising has helped. I really want a binge free May!!!

Agreed with all this :) Thanks everybody who's posted so far, all your shakes sound delicious. I've been trying it with cows milk & soy milk, going to try almond though. Got some frozen blueberries to mix into the white chocolate powder I've ordered too :)

Nice but very overpriced for what they are. The nutritional infos were all on a little leaflet inside the box, I used to get the graze light ones.

Peanut butter & banana on toast :-) I love this so much I used to eat it at least 2 meals a day (when I was restricting calories too much) it's delicious & so filling I don't even think about food until lunchtime.

Jillian Michaels & Davina McCall's DVDs were what I started with, however running was what made me keep it up. Endorphins are the best. You don't NEED to exercise to lose weight but I promise your body looks a hell of a lot better if you do.

I've heard that it can cause cancer, even if nothing's been proven it's probably better to stop putting chemicals in my body. I'm going to have a look out for some stevia, thank you :)

I have gone down from 3 sugars to using artificial sweeteners. Lost about 7lbs and was really proud, but now I keep getting warned about the dangers of sweeteners. I drink a lot of tea & know I should cut down so please, somebody tell me why they're so bad & give me a good scare!

Nothing, or just knickers. It's at least 2lb more if I weigh with clothes on. Measuring your height with shoes on is cheating though!

Same here, I started with tiny pink dumbbells and I just used 14lb dumbbells so I'm pretty happy.

Makes sense! Shorter workouts are usually more intense, but longer workouts mean you'd be working out for more time overall. Goals are the usual~fitness & weight loss.
