Mashed Cauliflower! :bigsmile: Turned out amazing! Even my 11 and 13 year olds ate it. Not a single complaint. I used one head of cauliflower, 1/4 cup of parmesean cheese, 1 tablespoon of light cream cheese, garlic, pepper, and a salt.

I just started going back to the gym about 3 weeks. For the most part I have been sticking to the treadmill and the bike. What would you recommend for a workout dvd for someone who is completely out of shape?
I am trying to figure out how many calories that I need to eat. I went in and figured out my body fat which is 40.8%. My current weight is 186 and my goal weight is 150. That site said I need to eat over 2000 calories a day. My mind is telling me there is no way for me to lose any weight if I am eating 2200 calories a day.…
