Can anyone recommend good cardio DVDs? I am looking for high intensity cardio such as kickboxing or something similar to insanity which I already have. I also do not want beginner DVDs or those where the instructors thank me for getting off the couch. Thanks!

Polar f4 HRM
Does anyone have this HRM??? Thoughts on it? I had a timex which crapped out on me about 4 months with it, so I am looking to go with polar. I am not looking for anything fancy, just something to count my heart rate and calories burned.

thigh/leg toning exercises

Protein - what kind is best??
I am looking into protein supplements. Does anyone know what the best kind is? I have seen whey, soy and rice as well as others. Granted I know food sources are best, but I am looking into supplments for when I am not getting enough.
