My fitbit stopped syncing with MFP on Sunday. I have disconnected and then reconnected the app, but it still doesn't sync.

Try working with a dietician, it will help.

Not eating enough will slow down your metabolism, your body needs a certain amount of calories just to function daily. Do your research.
-
How many calories do you burn a day? You say you are eating about 1200-1400 but if you are burning 500 a day then you are netting 700-900, which is way too low. By not eating enough you could be putting your body into starvation mode.

I leave my house at 5:30AM to get to the gym at 6:15AM. I just have a coffee on my way, then eat breakfast when I get to work around 8AM. But do what works for you and track what you eat.

I have only done classes but I am thinking about purchasing a spin bike for at home. Where did you download your apps from? I am VERY interested in that!

Try preparing it different ways or try different kinds of fish. I don't know if you are limited as to what fish you can eat, but I was never a big fish eater because I hated that fishy smell. However I recently tried fish like cod, haddock and tilapia where they don't have much of a flavor on their own or smell too fishy.…

Eat more. I am 5'2", 138lbs and eat 1450 to lose and about 1700 on maintenance. I tried 1200 once and my body can't handle anything that low.
-
I like to drink a glass of milk before I workout in the morning. I have been doing this for years. It works for me :)
-
I am 5'2-ish! I hate being so short. Even though I have lost 65+ pounds (since my heaviest in 2001), I still think I look heavy in some areas. I'll send you a friend request :)
-
How exactly do you let it go? Just forget about it...many people have said this to me, but I just don't understand
-
I just checked out your diary. I noticed you aren't logging in calories burned. Are you eating enough?
-
I have trained for half and full marathons that way. It really depends on your preferences and what fits into your schedule.
