Recent joiner to MFP

Hello everyone! I joined MFP a few weeks ago. My main goal is to help me stay on track with diet and exercise and to drop those last 10-15 pounds.

A little about me...my weight loss journey started about 8 years ago when I was 55 lbs heavier. I dropped the weight through diet and exercise and it took me about 4 years, I didn't have the full dedication when I started. I maintained it for the past 4 years. Today I am about 10 lbs away from my goal weight. I am extremely active and 2010 was a great year for me. I completed my first half marathon, triathalon and full marathon. With all the training I ate a lot to compensate for it and now I want to make sure I don't keep eating all the unnecessary calories while I am not training.

Dieting has always been where I have struggled...I love food and I love to eat! Thankfully I love exercise just as much. I run, kickbox, spin, do yoga, play sports...you name it.
