protein amount for active women, discrepancies
Hi, fitness pal says I should have 45g of protein/day... first session with a personal trainer he recommended 100g/day... I was also told there is a healthy ratio between calories of carbs, protein, and fat consumed but I cant remember what it is. What strength exercises do you do in your bedroom?
no pun intended hehe. I like to do crunches/pushups while I watch tv at night and use my only set of weights (12lbs) to work on my arms. What do you guys do? And, what would you do if you were me (no benches, only the 12lb weights, small room)? be specific! p.s. I'm a girl

hey all, wondering how my fellow pet groomers find the energy to run after work? I'm young and in ok shape but running around the shop all day tackling 30 plus dogs for over 8 hrs kinda wipes me out. I'm fine once i get to the gym but the motivating myself to actually go... oyy! how do you do it?
