yeah, what she said. Even if I eat my geek yogurt, bread loaded with protein, mixed nuts, and steak, protein cereal, a protein bar, lol etc....I still fall below my new goal. And I usually do not eat more than 1500 calories a day

Thankyou for all the valuable info, I'm glad I asked. Right now I am 145lbs, my body is probably begging for twice the protein I'm consuming! i stopped drinking wine when I looked up the calories in it. omg. Also, try switching to early morning cardio and notice that you feel drowsy and sluggish, maybe it'll kick you in the *kitten* and make you drink less at night

Triceps are where I feel the most burn and soreness. Ironically where most of my fat is lol. I try to do strength only after cardio, so I'm well-stretched and warmed up. Always stay hydrated. Be consistent but don't work on the same muscles on a daily. Those are my simple tips :)

chicken- italian seasoning, parsley, lemon pepper, lemon juice steak- good old fashion steak seasoning!, sweet basil, worcestershire, lime juice rice etc- janes crazy mix (idk what it is, but it' awesome) i even put steak seasoning on veggies to avoid butter

plan b reward?? it does suck but think of all the things you can do lol.... you could eat something messy on the freeway with the windows down... you can wear chapstick when it's really windy. you can swim laps in the pool without your hair eating your face... when you jog, it's not sweating on you. p.s. hair grows back…
