Talk about plateau! I am stuck!! Same weight as I was Feb 23rd.. Gain 2:lose 2. :( working out 5-6 days per week. Staying within calorie range. My setttings were set at 1200 cals per day. TRX straps (what to log it as?)
Hi , I have been working out for the past 2 months, using TRX straps. These workouts kick my *kitten*, but I never know what to log it as. that yoga would be such a challenging work out. Now...it wasnt my usual sweating, heart beating out of my chest...blood pumping, face red, can hardely breathe workout! But...it sure did work muscles that I had forgotten about! It will def be a nice addition to my weekly routine. yeah..i finally tried it! :)

I am sooooo frustrated...I have been working out pretty steady since January (2 months after I quit smoking) but have always been a pretty yo yo exerciser and tend to work out all winter and then stop in summer :) This summer I kept at it...I have remained steady at 179, but then mid October my weight started to creep up…
