TRX straps (what to log it as?)

Hi ,

I have been working out for the past 2 months, using TRX straps. These workouts kick my *kitten*, but I never know what to log it as. Sometimes the classes are half straps half cardio conditioning so I put this as circuits. Somtimes they are all straps, so I have logged it as strength training, but the calories burned for that are way lower than I feel I am burning. I have also used calisthenics (because it is a lot of pulls, pushups, rows, lunges, squats etc etc). I am thinking of getting a HRM or that thing called fitbit to give me an accurate calorie burning. But in the meantime, what should I log it as? Any trx ers out there?? It should def be an exercise on here! Just saying! :)

    Time to get a heart rate monitor! lol...sorry I can't help you with how to log it as I've never done it...Good Luck
