Amazingly High Protein, Inexpensive
By coincidence, I have discovered that Kraft Mac and Cheese powder (without noodles!) is a low fat, VERY high protein seasoning. Admittedly, not gourmet. I add 30 gm to a can of tuna with half a cup of fat free greek yogurt, as a dip for veggies. It is available in any amount at the local Bulk Barn.

Calories Consumed Working as A Nurse
Anyone know how many calories burned on a 12 hour shift on a busy med/surg unit? Even drinking lots of water, I end up .5-.7 kg lighter at the end of my shift. Day Off from Exercise
I exercise a lot! Since I don't have a vehicle, I bicycle everywhere (and its a 30 minute bike ride to work). My dog is better behaved if walked for 90 minutes a day. Recommended Daily Allowance - Sugars
All of my research indicates that the recommended daily allowance for sugars for women is 90 grams. Yet MFP has 25gm as the daily limit for sugars for me. Why is this?
