Will swimming be enough?
Lost a stone since 2nd Feb through MFP and swimming 4 or 5 times a week. REALLY want to keep the momentum up and find swimming very easy to fit in and I enjoy it which I can't say about many other forms of exercise! Vegetarian tasty noodle dishes?
