On day two of tracking and looking forward to oblitererating those pounds! Have tried various groups etc in the past and lost a bit and then put back on and more!
A friend and I have decided tracking may be the way forward so along with my new blog, I'm hoping this will help keep on track! I have about 5 stones in total I want to lose so going to ba a long journey.
Just debating whether to go out with dog or try out bike for first time in years!!!
