i was wondering if it would make any difference if you added up over the week and ate them that way instead of daily cals

well i have signed on to mfp very excited to get started i need to lose 77lb :sick: i have lost weight before using weight watchers then had a big blip and put it all back on + and extra 21 lbs i have also set my self a challenge to do 30 mins exercise every day BRING IT ON !!!!
