I just purchased the Shred Revolutionary Diet by Dr. Ian. I saw it featured on Dr. Oz. this week. I am starting the plan on Monday January 7th. Has anyone ever tried it or is planning to? If so add me or reply to the post. GOOD LUCK!!!!
