Update(Day 1-Day 3)
Day 1 went great as far as workouts were concerned. I ended up eating less. I was not feeling the bean option. I went shopping for all the foods on Saturday. I did a meal prep on Sunday. I just purchased the Shred Revolutionary Diet by Dr. Ian. I saw it featured on Dr. Oz. this week. I am starting the plan on Monday January 7th. Has anyone ever tried it or is planning to? If so add me or reply to the post. GOOD LUCK!!!!
