I just purchased the Shred Revolutionary Diet by Dr. Ian. I saw it featured on Dr. Oz. this week. I am starting the plan on Monday January 7th. Has anyone ever tried it or is planning to? If so add me or reply to the post. GOOD LUCK!!!!

    It provides a meal/exercise plan for 6 Weeks. Its very detailed. I have already went grocery shopping and prepared sheets to go along with the plan. You can read reviews online is you search: "Shred Revolutionary Diet" its also on the Dr. Oz website.
