Thanks for posting this! Its a big help! I'm also on week 1 day 4. I just finished a workout. You're only required to do 40 mins but I did 55 mins of cardio on the ArcTrainer and 3 sets of 15 supersets using weight machines. My focus was legs and thighs.

Body Scrub Mix brown sugar, oatmeal, & olive oil together. Massage into skin then rinse off in the shower. I use a hair stopper so the oatmeal won't clog the drain. It makes your skin super soft.
