Just a general question for those in the area: We will be in Boston in August and wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions on great resturants to eat at. Also, any malls, market places for shopping for me and my daughter while my husband and boys attend a Red Sox game!! Thanks!! :bigsmile:

Too much water cause.......................
:grumble: Every time I drink lots of water I seem to get stomach cramps and have to use the bathroom (YUCKY) quite frequently during the day, this doesnt happen when I dont drink any water or little water. Is this normal??

When do you log exercise?
I wanted to know everyone's thoughts on when to log exercise. Do you log them into MFP after you complete the workout or do you log it 1st thing in the morning? Just trying to figure out the best plan for me and need some ideas! :bigsmile:

Same Proteins???
Anyone have any comments on whether its okay to eat the same big protein for lunch and dinner? I had some chicken thawed yesterday so I made me some little grilled chicken bites (4 oz)and I ate that for dinner yesterday, ate the leftovers for lunch (4oz again).. The other chicken breast I marinated in some apple cider…

Recumbent Bike
Anyone now how to calculate the calories burned on a recumbent bike? I don't see any options in the "Exercise" section, I see "Biking" but nothing about recumbent bike? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,:bigsmile:
