Swimming and Biking as a warm up to your long run?
Anyone Tri? I did my first triathlon (just a sprint distance) last month and had a complete blast! Was shy of placing in my division by seconds, but I'm already planning my first half-ironman. If you haven't tried it, do it! It's so awesome.

How do you schedule your runs?
I have friends who schedule lots of runs, like 2-3 a month or so. I prefer to do like 3-5 a year. I think this helps my training, train hard and pour into the event.
