People want us to fail?
Has anyone else noticed this? It seems like a majority of people want me to fail at weight loss! For example: •If someone sees me eating unhealthy, the seem to get more jovial towards me. Like, I'll be having a cheat meal and my friends will say "Finally! Having fun again!" Then they offer me more food! Like, geez. I know…

Is it better...?
Hey guys! I do four miles a day, but after that, I'm exhausted. I always plan to do more toning, but never get to it! :/ Is it better to cut a mile and only do three so I have more energy to tone up, or suck it up and push myself to do the whole four, and then tone up? :) Kisses!
