Question: Logging Wii workouts
Normally I just hit the treadmill as my exercise for the day. But today I want to dust off my assortment of Wii workouts (Wii Fit, EA Active, Your Shape, Wii Fitness Trainer) to keep me from getting bored. It's very easy to log a work out on the treadmill. But how do I log a Wii workout?

Depressing Statistic
I just read an article in Good Housekeeping that said studies have shown that up to 80% of people who lose weight will gain it back in a year's time. I know I don't want to be part of that statistic. What are you doing or planning to do to make sure you aren't part of that 80% either?
