If on a package of frozen vegetables the serving size is listed as 3 ounces, is that frozen weight or cooked weight?

If it doesn't say, it's probably before cooking.0

Any idea how I would measure it cooked? I am making stirfried vegetables for 6 and I don't want to cook mine separately. Normally, I would just measure it out frozen and then divide equally, but I can't do that in this case. I plan on having a doulbe serving of veggies since I'm not having rice, my 6 yr old won't eat a full adult serving, and for that matter my husband probably won't either. Any suggestions?0

What you see is the typical less is better food nutritional label. But yes they are talking about frozen. See I like the labels that spell it out for me. They list frozen or cooked, with milk, without milk and so on. Ugh...0
