College Freshman who needs some variety!
I'm a freshman at Wheaton College (MA) and I have finally become able to avoid that dreaded dessert table (my downfall is sweets) and have figured out how to get my calories in using their healthy options. However...having steamed broccoli and chicken for dinner and a turkey sandwich for lunch are both starting to become…

Any good ideas on a good Wii Fit Plus workout?
I know that Wii Fit Plus offers a wide range of exercises, but I was wondering if anyone has developed their own hour-long routine that is effective and not too easy (I want to burn those cals after all!) Any exercise routines would be appreciated. I am willing to do anything! :) Thanks! Hill

But we were wondering how BIG said brownie would…

Oh, that digital scale...
So this morning I weighed myself to test out my scale on a few different surfaces, just to see if the number would be different. I tried it on a squishy carpet, a flat surface, and tile. Well, on the tile, I weighed the most. Then when I weighed myself on the squishy carpet I dropped...10 lbs... and then on the tile I went…

Net Calories: Do I need to eat them all?
After I have a tough workout and plug it in, I always have about 200-300 net calories...but by the end of the day I rarely feel deprived. I was wondering if after you work out and earn net calories, do you HAVE to eat them all to lose weight? Thanks!
