Activity level?
I workout 5 days a week for about 30-40 mins at a time doing circuit training. I'd say it ranges from moderate to high intensity. But when I'm not working out, I'm at a desk or doing something else that's otherwise sedentary. So would I put my activity level as sedentary or something higher?

Help.... scale won't budge
