NSV: 1% per month ain't bad, I guess.
I just realized that today is my 5 month anniversary of keeping a food diary, changing my eating habits and exercising regularly. In these five months I have reduced my body fat percentage by 5%. We won't mention what my TOTAL body fat percentage is.
