Hi, I am struggling with emotional eating. I turn to food when stress is building. I do not cook so after a Lean Cuisine for dinner, I am starving 2 hours later. Time is also a factor. Does anyone have recipes that would fit into this program that does not require much prep? Help very much appreciated.
Hi, I am "High School". I am recovering from extensive spine surgery and need to lose the 15 # I gained while recovering. Exercise is very limited at this time but I am hoping by changing my eating habits and joining a group for support I will stop feeling sorry for myself. Thanks for the invitation to join you.
New over 50 dieter. Can anyone tell me what it means when the protein totals go into the negative? Does this mean I am overdoing the protein? Thanks, Susy
