New over 50 dieter. Can anyone tell me what it means when the protein totals go into the negative? Does this mean I am overdoing the protein?
Thanks,
Susy

Hi Suzy,
Yep that's exactly what it means and tbh i've been doing the same but don't think it matters cos protein's a really good source of nutrients to have which makes you feel full up for longer so it's all good!

It means that you went past your MFP-set goal for protein. That's not necessarily a bad thing though, as MFP sets a VERY low goal for protein.0
