I Want Abs!
It shouldn't have been too hard to get them, my body fat percentage is 17%. I do strength training and sit-ups but still there's nothing but a very faint outline. So maybe any of you has some great ideas for good ab workouts that helped you?

Hey, I hope here I don't rub anyone the wrong way. I don't feel like this diet is doing much for me. My BMR is 1284, and MFP set my calorie intake goal for 1200. What difference does this make anyway? I kind of find it difficult to get there as it is, I feel like I've eaten whenever I was hungry but still didn't reach it.…

Is pilates enough as a strength workout?
Hello! So, I've got a problem. I find lifting weights very boring. It's just repetition to no end and I act like a kid with ADHD sometimes, so it doesn't really work for me. Would you say pilates should be good enough to get tone / build muscle mass?
