I would like to get one of the apps recommended by MFP -- I'm looking at the fit bit one. Does anybody have any suggestions? Fit bit one vs. fit bit zip -- or is one of the other apps better??? Please help.
I have been on MFP since January. I have lost 21 lbs to date. My problem -- I have been fluctuating between 169-172 for almost 3 months now. I run and lift weights 6 days a week. I do kick boxing twice a week. I have been so frustrated - that I don't even care what I eat. Is there anything I can do to get over this stupid…
