I am in the same boat. 4 years ago I did really well and lost 20 lbs. However, in recent years I haven't done so well at all. I work out between 4-6 times a week, usually in the mornings. I find that not only am I sluggish if I don't work out, but I also don't drink as much water. When I work out in the mornings, I will drink usually over 96 oz, but when I don't I barely get 64 oz in.

I started this program in January 2010. I have never really been a runner since I was a kid. But, so far this year I have ran in 3 5K's and a 4-mile Race. I absolutely love it. When I first started, I wasn't losing anything either - but after 2 weeks, I measured myself again and I was surprised to see that I had lost an inch here and an inch and a half there. I started working out in January and I'm just finally losing some pounds -- Since January 1st, I've only lost 13 pounds and about 7 of them is in the past 3 - 4 weeks. Hang in there, I think your body just has to get into the right mix of muscle tone and your metabolism needs to get set.
